SHASSESS is a behaviour intelligence system adopting the DISC model originating from the works of William Moulton Marston Ph.D. (1893 – 1947), which was published in his book “Emotions of Normal People” in 1928.

We judge people based on their behaviours. But we will not be able to clearly understand the true characteristics of a person without understanding what motivates and drives their behaviour. SHASSESS provides this understanding through a quick 24 Question Assessment that only takes 7 - 15 minutes.

Using this analysis, we provide you with a structured and objective report of an individual’s current behaviours, preferences, motivational drives, and stress levels, among others.
